The Venue Provides the Following:
1 Private Suite
PLEASE NOTE: Vendors are given a private empty suite to set up their shops. Please note we can not accommodate suite requests, the floor plan for the event is emailed a week prior. The suites provided are completely empty, so you must provide your own table, chairs, displays, and payment collection methods.
We ask that you do not permanently fix anything to our walls, you may use tape or command strips if you need to hang products or signage. Suites must be returned completely empty of all items, displays, and trash at the end of the event.
Vendors are fully responsible for their suites, displays and products during the event. Suites doors lock automatically when closed. You will be given a temporary code for your suite the day of the event. Made Social Management + YouOffice will not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your suite door is closed when left unattended.
Load In: 10:45am-12:45pm- Vendors must be fully set up 15 minutes prior to doors opening.
Shopping Hours: 1:00pm-5:00pm
Load Out: 5:00pm-6:45pm
Note: We are unable to assist in load in and load out. Please ensure you are prepared.
The building has one elevator with a 33" inch wide opening. For vendors with larger items there is a staircase located next to the elevator.
Applications and Approval:
Applications close 10 days before event date. No Application is considered completed without vendor payment. No Spots will be reserved, until payment is complete.
All Applications will be reviewed by the Event Director. Once approved, you will be emailed a link to complete vendor payment.
Private Suite: $85.00
Lobby Area: $65.00 *(2) Available -- Lobby areas come with sofas and coffee table. These areas are ideal for vendors with smaller setups.
VIP Glass Inclosed Suite: $100.00 *(1) ONE Available
Partial refunds will be issued for refund requests received on or before 01/22/22. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from all refunded amounts. After 01/22/22, no refunds will be issued. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled event date or may be refunded in full. If the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full. After submitting your refund request in writing by email to email@example.com, please allow up to five (5) business days to process your refund request.
